Workshop Policies — Clarity & Care

I understand that life unfolds in mysterious ways, and sometimes plans must shift.
To honor everyone’s time and energy, here’s how cancellations are handled for Yoga Nidra Bliss Workshops and similar offerings:

Workshop Confirmation & Changes

Your registration is secured once full payment has been received.

If a workshop requires a minimum number of participants, I’ll confirm whether it will proceed no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date.

If I need to cancel a workshop, you’ll be notified promptly and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If I need to reschedule, you may choose to transfer your registration to the new date or receive a full refund.

Participant Cancellations

To cancel your registration, please email cathy.dirkx@gmail.com. Cancellation timing is based on when your email is received, measured against the workshop’s published start time in Pacific Time.

• 72 hours or more before the workshop: You’ll receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• Less than 72 hours before the workshop, or non-attendance: Your registration is non-refundable. You’ll still receive access to the workshop recording for 14 days from the date the recording link is emailed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Transferring Your Place

You’re welcome to gift your place to a friend at no additional charge before the workshop begins. Please email me their name and email address so I can update the registration and send them the workshop details.

A transfer includes the workshop and recording access and replaces your own registration.
