You've imagined disappearing
A retreat. A cave.
Three months where no one needs anything from you.
Now Is the Time to Choose Yourself
Space to hear yourself think. To ask, What do I want?
without immediately wondering how you'll fit it around everyone else.
A free, one-hour live group coaching experience for women with Cathy Dirkx.

One hour to hear what you want, and identify one choice you can make this week that includes you.
Live only · No recording.
You keep everything moving. Where are you in all of it?
You remember the details. Solve the problem. Say "I'll handle it" almost before you've considered whether you want to.
You've put so much into your work, your relationships, and the people who count on you. And somehow, success didn't give you more of your life. It took more of it.
By the time you have a moment to yourself, you're often too tired to enjoy it.
The yoga class or five-minute meditation helps. But afterward, you're back to being the one who handles everything.
Some of what you want is simple. Coffee while the sun comes up. A walk with nowhere to be. Being fully present with the people you love.
Some of it feels almost unreasonable to say out loud. Picking up the guitar again. Finishing the book. Starting a business of your own.
But there's always something that needs you first. It's not your time. It's everybody else's. And after years of putting it off, another thought follows: Is it too late for me?
You're afraid that a year from now, you'll still be saying, "When I have more time."
Brittany
"I feel I now have the strength to put myself first. … I finally feel like myself after working with Cathy."
This isn't about finding more time.
You don't need a cave.
The chaos around you isn't going anywhere. Life is still lifing. Right now, though, you're absorbing all of it.
What changes things is learning to pause long enough to notice what you've been carrying automatically: the yeses you never really chose, the guilt that follows every no. And underneath it all, to finally hear what you want. That's how you start leading your life instead of being swept along by it.
And if a small voice is asking, Who am I to take this time for myself?, that's exactly the voice we'll meet together.
One hour to hear yourself, and begin choosing what matters to you.
You may arrive hoping, but not quite seeing how.
Through moments of deep stillness, guided reflection, and live coaching, you'll have space to listen to what you want, and identify one choice you can make this week that includes you.
Together we'll explore:
Where being the capable one has become automatically taking everything on
The quiet that's still there underneath the noise
What you've been postponing, and what you want to make room for
What gets in the way of choosing yourself, and where you could begin
Syhaya Aviel
"Instead of trying to 'push' through, I actually stop and rest first."
Come as you are.
If finding one hour feels impossible, that's exactly why this hour is for you.
Bring something to write with and, if you can, a quiet place where you can give yourself this hour.
You're welcome to participate without sharing anything personal.
About Cathy:
I'm Cathy Dirkx, an intuitive life coach and Yoga Nidra program director.
I know this place well. Years ago, I was doing way too much, and I was snapping at my son over things that had nothing to do with him. One day he looked at me and asked, "Mom, when was the last time you went to yoga?"
It hit hard. I realized I wasn't being the mom I wanted to be. I'd been telling myself I had to do more, that there was no time for me.
Over time, I understood something deeper. It starts with me, because I matter, too. When I'm restored, I still make mistakes. But I have more patience, more perspective, and more trust in myself. I can learn from what happened without making it mean I'm inadequate.
I bring years of guiding women through coaching and meditation to this experience.
Where this can lead: Reclaim Your Place.
At the end of our hour, I'll share an invitation to continue this work with me in Reclaim Your Place, my 12-week group coaching experience for a small, intimate circle of women.
The workshop gives you a moment to hear yourself. Reclaim Your Place gives you support to keep listening, and to act on what you hear, while life keeps lifing: making choices that include you, holding a boundary even when saying no feels uncomfortable, and being present with the people you love.

"I learned to focus on my heartfelt desires, not what I think I should be doing to please others."
