  • Not at all. Everything we do is beginner-friendly and guided step by step. All you need is an open heart and willingness to explore.

  • It’s a gentle form of guided hypnotherapy that helps you deeply rest, reset your nervous system, and open new pathways for healing and renewal. You remain fully present and in control — it’s not stage hypnosis or “being put under.”

  • The circle is intimate — limited to 12 participants. This ensures plenty of personal attention while still benefiting from group connection.

  • Sharing is always optional. This is a supportive space where you can engage at the level that feels safe for you.

  • That’s completely normal. Both Cathy and Nousha are experienced in holding trauma-sensitive, compassionate space. You’ll always have options to pause, regulate, and re-enter in a way that feels safe for you.

  • This is a group program designed for support, regulation, and inspiration — not therapy. If you are in acute distress or need clinical care, we recommend seeking a licensed mental health professional.

  • Yes, many participants do. This program complements other healing or growth work beautifully. Just know that it’s not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.

  • All sessions are recorded and available for replay, so you can revisit them anytime.

  • We’ll offer gentle practices you can weave into your week, but there are no heavy assignments — just supportive invitations.

  • That’s completely normal. This group is intentionally small and held with care, so you’ll have space to arrive exactly as you are.
