Reclaim Your Place

Your life can include you, too.

An intimate group coaching experience for brilliant, capable women who are ready to make room for themselves—even while life is full.

Everyone knows you're capable. You know it, too.

You're the one who remembers, figures things out, and makes sure everyone has what they need.

You love the people in your life. You care about your work. There isn’t much you would change.

But by the time you get to yourself, you’re tired.

The book you want to write. The guitar you haven't picked up. The idea you keep returning to. Even an evening with nothing expected of you. There's always something that seems to need your attention first.

Especially once the new year’s promises start to fade.

“I’ll come back to it once things settle down.”

You've tried the yoga classes, meditation, journaling, perhaps a retreat. They help. Then everyday life takes over again, and your own desires become the easiest thing to postpone.

Another year goes by with so much taken care of—and so much of what you wanted still waiting.

This is for you if...

  • You love much of your life, but wish there were more room for you in it.

  • People know they can count on you. You'd like to feel that you can receive care, too.

  • You take time for yourself, but find it hard to enjoy without thinking about what you should be doing.

  • There's something you want to explore, create, or experience that keeps getting postponed.

  • You want this year to include you, with your desires part of the plan instead of an afterthought.

You don't need to arrive knowing how to make that happen. That's what we'll explore together.

You want to enjoy the life you've built. And feel yourself in it again.

What if your desires had a place in your everyday life?

Imagine reaching the end of a full day and still having the energy to pick up your guitar, write a poem, start your book, take a class, or explore an idea.

Or simply enjoy the evening without mentally organizing tomorrow for everyone.

Imagine making a decision and including what you need from the beginning. Saying yes because you want to. Saying no without spending the rest of the day wondering whether you've disappointed someone.

Receiving help and feeling relieved. Taking time for yourself and actually being there, instead of mentally tending to everything happening without you.

Your responsibilities will still exist. What changes is how you meet them—with more choice, and with your own needs included from the beginning. Together, we’ll work toward choosing yourself without guilt, so the year ahead feels like your own.

A place to exhale and hear yourself again

You make time for so much that matters. This is a place to practice counting yourself among those things.

Across nine 90-minute live coaching sessions on Zoom, we'll explore what being the capable one has come to mean for you—and what you want it to feel like now.

Bring the situations you're actually living: the request you want to decline, the afternoon that disappeared into everyone else's needs, the desire you keep talking yourself out of.

There will be room to be coached, hear yourself speak honestly, and recognize parts of your own experience in other women's stories.

  • Make room in your actual life

We'll look at your time and priorities, where you take on more than you want to carry, and what happens when you consider choosing differently. Between sessions, short reflections and practices will help you bring what you're discovering into everyday decisions.

  • Let your body be part of the conversation

Guided meditation, gentle movement, and simple body-awareness practices will give you space to slow down and notice what you need beneath everything asking for your attention.

You’ll be automatically enrolled in Monday Yoga Nidra as soon as you join. Come live for 20 minutes at 3:30 p.m. Pacific / 6:30 p.m. Eastern, or enjoy the recording whenever it fits your week. Recordings are available for seven days, and participation is always optional.

  • Have someone you can be honest with

You'll be paired with a Reclaim Partner for short connections between group sessions—a space to share how it's going without feeling you should be further along. Someone to listen with compassion, celebrate what's shifting, and remind you to offer yourself that same kindness when things feel hard.

You won't have to navigate this alone, and you don't have to pretend.

  • Begin the year with attention to you

On January 3, we’ll welcome the year with Manifest 2027, my public two-hour workshop of reflection and guided Yoga Nidra—a space to end the holidays feeling grounded and connected to what you want for the year ahead. Your place is included, with a recording available for 14 days.

A private one-on-one coaching hour with me is included to answer any personal questions and guide your next step.

Why I'm created this

A woman with dark hair and red-dyed ends smiling in a cozy room with art on the walls and a window with blinds.

Making room for myself without feeling like I'm letting someone down is personal to me, too.

I know how much we can care about the lives we've built and still long for more room within them.

Over the years, through coaching women and guiding Yoga Nidra, I’ve seen how much can shift when we have room to hear ourselves, and someone beside us as we begin to trust what we feel.

I’ve guided women one-on-one and trained others to teach Yoga Nidra. These parts of my work have grown together, each informing the other. In Reclaim Your Place, I bring them together to help you notice what’s true for you and make room for it in the life you’re actually living.

I want this to be a place where you can hear yourself clearly, say what you want, and begin making choices that honor it.

Words from women I’ve coached

“I’m so grateful for Cathy’s ability to gently hold space, encourage rest, and listen for and reflect the signals of what is coming up. She offers both grace and time to reflect with greater clarity, while also helping me identify personalized, actionable steps forward. The value of her gifts is immense, and they’re wrapped in such a beautiful and loving package.”

“I learned to focus on my heartfelt desires, not what I think I should be doing to please others”
