From Self-Criticism to Deep Self-Love

A Yoga Nidra Bliss Workshop

If you’re exhausted from pushing, proving, or holding it all together — this is your invitation to soften.

Not to fix yourself.
Not to improve.
But to rest deeply enough to remember who you are beneath the noise.

Sunday, February 22nd · 2 pm PST

Live on Zoom · Recording included

This Space Is For You If…

You’ve been showing up for everyone else.

Doing the work.
Holding it together.
Giving generously.

And yet, when it comes to yourself, kindness feels inconsistent — or conditional.

You may be highly capable and outwardly “fine,” while inside you feel tired, braced, or quietly disconnected from your own tenderness.

This isn’t a failure of self-love.
It’s a sign that your system hasn’t had enough space to practice it.

Self-love isn’t something we receive from others — and it isn’t something we earn once and keep forever.

It’s a relationship we return to.
A way of meeting ourselves — especially when we’re depleted, disappointed, or unsure.

Self-love is not indulgent.

It’s not selfish.
And it’s not a luxury reserved for when everything else is done.

It’s a necessary practice for wellbeing, regulation, and wholeness.

This workshop is a space to practice giving back to yourself — through rest, presence, and gentle attention — so care doesn’t remain an idea, but becomes something your body can feel.

Why This Workshop Is Held Mid-February

Valentine’s Day can be sweet — and it can also stir comparison, longing, or old stories.
Sometimes it reflects back things we didn’t ask to question.

No matter what is being reflected back to you — you still deserve tenderness.

This space is here for the coming back.
To your body. To your breath. To yourself.

What This Workshop Is

This is not a class you attend.
It’s a space you’re held.

In this 2-hour Yoga Nidra Bliss Workshop, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state where the nervous system can finally exhale — and self-love doesn’t need to be forced.

Yoga Nidra works beneath effort, beneath thought, beneath striving.
It meets you where real shifts happen.

No performing.
No fixing.
Just space… to receive.

  • A slow, grounding arrival to settle your nervous system

  • A deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra practice centered on self-love and inner safety

  • Gentle reflection and integration (with optional journaling)

  • Spacious time to let insights land

  • A recording to return to whenever you need support

What You’ll Experience

  • If your inner critic is loud, even when life looks “fine”

  • If you give easily and receive reluctantly

  • If rest feels unfamiliar or undeserved

  • If holidays or relationship-focused moments tend to stir self-doubt or old stories

You don’t need to fix yourself to be worthy of love.
You just need space to remember.

What To Bring:

What Is Yoga Nidra ?

  • Yoga Nidra is not just rest

It’s a guided meditation practiced lying down, bringing you into a state between waking and sleep — where the body rests deeply and the subconscious becomes receptive.

You don’t need to “do” anything.
You just need to allow yourself to be supported.

A Final Invitation

You don’t need to earn rest.

You don’t need to justify choosing yourself.

If this feels like a quiet yes in your body —
    trust that.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yoga Nidra is the perfect meditation for you — because it’s guided from start to finish. You don’t have to “quiet your mind” or sit in silence. The journey naturally carries you inward through gentle awareness.
And don’t worry — the meditation itself won’t last 2 hours! We’ll begin with an introduction, ease into the Nidra journey, and close with journaling and reflection.

  • Most meditations keep you in a state of concentration or mindfulness. Yoga Nidra guides you beyond — into the space between waking and sleep, where your body rests deeply while your awareness remains awake.
It’s a full nervous-system reset that nourishes every layer of your being: physical, emotional, and energetic.

  • Not at all. Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone. All you need is a comfortable space to lie down and an open heart to receive.

  • It’s perfectly okay — and often a sign your body needed deep rest. Even if you drift off, your subconscious continues to receive the benefits of the practice. Over time, as your system becomes more balanced, you may find yourself staying awake in that blissful in-between state.

  • You’ll receive the replay, available for 14 days, so you can experience the practice whenever your heart needs it most.

  • You’ll receive a simple pre-class checklist with guidance on how to create your cozy nest — pillows, blankets, soft lighting, candles, or essential oils — whatever makes you feel safe, supported, and at ease.
And your favorite journal and pen!
