Come Home to Yourself

A Summer Yoga Nidra Bliss Workshop

If you've been showing up, holding it together,

giving everything you have —

and somewhere along the way,
you stopped being able to find yourself in all of it —

this is your invitation to come back

Saturday, June 27th · 10 am Pacific Time

Live on Zoom · Recording included

This Space Is For You If…

You made it through six months of life.
Goals set.
Plans shifted.
Things you carried that you didn't expect to.

Summer is here. And part of you is relieved.
Part of you is already looking forward to slowing down.

But there's another part —

the part that knows you'll lie on that beach

and still feel the weight of everything you haven't put down yet.

The thoughts will follow you into vacation.

Into the quiet moments.

Into the spaces where you were supposed to finally rest.

What This Workshop Is

This is not a class you attend.

It's a space you come home to.

In this 2-hour Yoga Nidra workshop, you'll be guided into a state of deep rest

where the nervous system can finally exhale —

and the part of you that's been waiting to be heard

finally gets to speak.

Not through effort. Not through analysis.

Through rest so deep it reaches the places thinking never could.

Yoga Nidra works beneath striving.

Beneath the noise.

Beneath the to-do list.

It meets you where real shifts happen.

No performing. No fixing. No forcing.

Just space… to arrive.

Why Now?

Why Summer?

The first half of the year has a way of accumulating.

The intentions you set in January.
The unexpected turns.
The things you navigated that you didn't plan for.
The version of yourself you were becoming —
and the moments you lost track of her.

Summer doesn't erase any of that.
But it does offer something rare:

A natural pause.

Before the second half of the year begins,
there is a moment — right now — to stop.
To receive what this year has already given you.
To let it land.

Not so you can move on faster.
So you can move forward more fully.

Some of what you've lived is still waiting to be received.

This is the space where that can happen.

  • A warm, unhurried arrival — you'll be met exactly where you are

  • A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra journey designed for this moment in the year

  • A sankalpa — a heartfelt intention that surfaces from within you, not imposed from outside

  • Gentle reflection and integration

  • Spacious time to let insights land

  • A recording available to return to for 14 days

  • A journaling companion to carry the experience forward

Women arrive, naming their state in three words.
By the end, those three words are often completely different.

I can't promise you what will happen in this space.

What I can tell you is that women arrive carrying things

they didn't know they were still holding —

and leave feeling something they forgot was possible.

What You’ll Experience

  • If you've been running on empty and calling it fine.

  • If rest sounds good in theory, but your mind won't cooperate.

  • If you want to be present this summer — truly present — not just physically there while mentally somewhere else.

  • If you have a sense that something in you is ready to shift, but you're not sure how to access it.

  • If you've been waiting for permission to stop.

You don’t need to earn rest.
You just need space to receive it.

What Is Yoga Nidra?

  • Yoga Nidra is not just rest

It's a guided practice done lying down,
bringing you into the state between waking and sleep —
    where the body rests completely
    and something deeper becomes available.

You don't need to quiet your mind.

    You don't need prior experience.

You don't need to do anything except allow yourself to be guided.

    The journey does the work.

You just have to show up.

A Final Invitation

  • Hands in a heart shape

    Come home to her.

You've been away from yourself for a while.

Not because you did anything wrong.

Just because life asked a lot of you,

and you showed up for it.

    But she's still there —

    the quieter version of you.

The one who knows what she wants.

The one who doesn't need to prove anything.

    She's been waiting.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yoga Nidra is the perfect meditation for you — because it’s guided from start to finish. You don’t have to “quiet your mind” or sit in silence. The journey naturally carries you inward through gentle awareness.

The Nidra practice itself is approximately 45 minutes — we'll open with intention-setting and close with journaling and reflection.

  • Most meditations keep you in a state of concentration or mindfulness. Yoga Nidra guides you beyond — into the space between waking and sleep, where your body rests deeply while your awareness remains awake.
It’s a full nervous-system reset that nourishes every layer of your being: physical, emotional, and energetic.

  • Not at all. Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone.
If you can lie down, you can do this.

  • It’s perfectly okay — and often a sign your body needed deep rest. Even if you drift off, your subconscious continues to receive the benefits of the practice. Over time, as your system becomes more balanced, you may find yourself staying awake in that blissful in-between state.

  • You’ll receive the replay, available for 14 days after the workshop, so you can experience the practice whenever your heart needs it most.

  • You’ll receive a simple pre-class checklist with guidance on how to create your cozy nest — pillows, blankets, soft lighting, candles, or essential oils — whatever makes you feel safe, supported, and at ease.
And your favorite journal and pen!

  • Yes — especially then. This practice is not about fixing or processing. It's about being met exactly where you are and giving your nervous system space to breathe. Many women come carrying something heavy and leave feeling less alone in it.
